We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at support@grouchymantis.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

No restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
